Free bike assembly

At Kent Cycles we are cycling specialists, offering our customers impartial advice and a high level of service. Every bike purchased from us is fully assembled and tested by our mechanics before being packaged into bike boxes and delivered to you.

UK delivery

We offer a FREE standard delivery, as well as priority and Saturday delivery services to UK addresses. FREE delivery options are available on all UK orders.

Signed for deliveries

We use signature services for our deliveries. This is for our customer's protection. Please make sure that someone is at the address you have specified for delivery, to sign for receipt of your order. You can select a different delivery address when placing your order, such as your workplace or a neighbor. To do this, simply enter a new address in the delivery address screen as prompted.

Special instructions

We cannot provide postman and couriers with special delivery instructions such as "If I am out please leave behind shed".

Part order dispatch

We don't charge delivery more than once! If your order contains multiple items, some of which may not be in stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and then dispatch the other items as they come into stock. You will only be charged delivery once.
